All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment has been received. Root Rahasya shall not be liable for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways. Delivery timelines provided at checkout or elsewhere on the website are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except in cases where the error is from our side.

We take great care in creating, quality-checking, and packing our products. Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene items, we follow a strict but fair return policy. We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances. Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where a damaged, defective, leaked, missing, or incorrect product has been delivered. Any such issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with the order number and clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging. All claims are subject to verification by our team. Once approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on product availability and the nature of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Products purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

All Root Rahasya products are intended for external use only. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before use. Results may vary depending on individual hair type, scalp condition, lifestyle, and consistency of use.
