At Root Rahasya, we take great care in formulating, inspecting, and packing our products. Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene items, we follow a strict but fair return policy to ensure customer safety and product integrity.

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered products.
  • This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and ensure the safety of all our customers.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

We will only consider returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • An item is missing from your order

Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please contact our customer support team with clear photos or videos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The product received
    • The invoice (if applicable)

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Verification & Resolution

  • All claims are subject to verification by our quality control team.
  • Once approved, we may offer:
    • A replacement, or
    • A store credit, or
    • A refund (at our discretion)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or fragrance (as natural ingredients may vary batch to batch)
  • Delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
  • In case of approved replacements due to our error, re-shipping costs will be borne by Root Rahasya.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
