- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods, launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed in such cases.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.
- While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors are beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
- Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to minimum order values and will be clearly communicated on the website.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status using the tracking details provided.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
- Root Rahasya is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Packaging & Quality Checks
- All products undergo strict quality checks and are securely packed before dispatch.
- Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we ensure tamper-safe and spill-proof packaging.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A missing item
- An incorrect product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
Claims raised beyond this period may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Delivery & Lost Shipments
- In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner.
- Reshipment or resolution will be initiated only after confirmation from the courier service.
No Return Policy (Shipping Related)
- Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered successfully.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
